Warehousing

Our warehouses at Shuwaik and at the Kuwait Free Trade Zone provide storage at very competitive rates. We are one of the first to open office in the Kuwait Free Trade Zone and have been taking part in its development programmes. The Ware House in Kuwait Free Trade Zone is very cost effective and many of our clients utilize this facility to enhance their profits.

Our 10,000 square feet of warehouse facility is designed to handle Temperature Controlled, High Value cargo as well as General cargo. Computerized inventory and stock control gives our clients clear and up to date cargo status reports.

PROFESSIONAL P&I CORRESPONDENT SERVICES

ABSC Kuwait has the ability to manage any casualty by providing P&I Clubs/Members with round-the-clock service, serving as your local eyes and ears. When an urgent situation arises, our experienced staffs are well placed to understand and investigate any problems from different perspective and swiftly respond to serve and safeguard the Principals we represent. Unlike other correspondents, we take on a more pro-active role in assisting in all P&I issues in a cost effective and timely manner.

Maritime Surveyors: In case of a claim situation, ABSC has arrangement with competent surveyors who immediately act under our direction to carryout appropriate surveys for and on behalf of Shipowners and P&I Clubs. We have achieved the benefit of excellent contacts with local maritime surveyors and other competent experts in any specific areas.

Maritime Lawyers: The P&I department have wide legal experience in handling any maritime cases with excellent rapport with competent lawyers specialized in Maritime Laws. The services include dealing in ship's arrest & release, customs, administrative and other related legal issues.

The department is committed to provide the highest quality services, recommendations, surveys, advice etc. with experience in all maritime issues dealing with the transport of cargoes and people by sea. The P&I department has gained considerable expertise and knowledge on the practical and legal aspects of the many hazards that can afflict a carrier or transport operator in the complex and sophisticated shipping and transport industry of today.
